Shipping
We offer complimentary shipping and returns via UPS anywhere in the continental United States. After you place an order, you will receive an email with your order tracking information.
You should expect to recieve your order within 3-5 Business Days of placing your order.
Lost or Stolen Packages
It is the customer's responsibility to receive the delivery. Once the shipment is delivered, neither UPS nor Yuni Buffa takes responsibility for lost or stolen packages. Our UPS delivery doesn't require a signature.
If you are afraid of stolen or lost packages at your destination, please ship your order to your nearest UPS Access Point lockers.
Return Policy
Exchanges
We want our customers to love our shoes, so we provide complimentary exchanges for a new size. Our 14-day exchange policy allows you to request an exchange within 14 days of receiving your shoes. We recommend trying on your shoes at home on a clean, carpeted surface to avoid any unnecessary scuffing or wear. If you would like to make an exchange, please follow the instructions on our Return / Exchange Portal within 14 days of delivery.
Returns
To be eligible for a return, your shoes must be in perfect condition, unworn and unused, with all original undamaged packaging included. We recommend trying on your shoes at home on a clean, carpeted surface to avoid any unnecessary scuffing or wear.
If you would like to make a return, please follow the instructions on our Return / Exchange Portal within 14 days of delivery. All returns are subject to a $25 restocking fee per pair.
If your return is accepted, we’ll email you a return shipping label, as well as instructions for how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return and let you know if the refund was approved. If approved, a $25 restocking fee will be charged per pair and deducted from your refund. You will be automatically refunded using your original payment method within 10 business days. Please remember that it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund.
If your return is not approved, you will receive an email from studio@yunibuffa.com informing you that your shoes are not eligible for return and can be shipped back to you at your expense.
If more than 15 business days have passed since we approved your return and you are still awaiting a refund, please contact us at studio@yunibuffa.com.

Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon receipt and contact us immediately if your shoes are defective or damaged or if you received the wrong item. Please email studio@yunibuffa.com and include pictures so that we can evaluate the issue and coordinate further.
Exceptions / non-returnable items
Returns and Exchanges that do not meet our policy will not be accepted and can be returned to you at your expense.
Pre-orders
When you purchase a pre-order, you are buying an out-of-stock or soon-to-be-available product that is not yet in inventory. We collect full payment at checkout for a pre-order to ensure that it is shipped out to your given shipping address as soon as the stock is replenished.
You may request to cancel a pre-order order that has not yet been fulfilled. To cancel a pre-order, email studio@yunibuffa.com.
If the order has been fulfilled, then you cannot cancel the order, but you can request a refund. See our returns policy for more details on returns and refunds.
